I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying its great location that was close to the heart of Ubud but away from the hectic traffic. The room offered a lovely view of the pool and direct access, but I do wish there was a chair on the balcony. The service could use some improvement, especially regarding special requests. Dining was decent, although some noise from passing vehicles was a bit distracting. Overall, it's a solid choice for a relaxing getaway at a reasonable price, just a few tweaks would make it perfect.
